The Early Years Training Company has been founded by early years specialist Jackie Hardie, whose career has been driven by a passion for improving outcomes for young children and supporting the professionals who shape their earliest experiences.

A former teacher, adviser and inspector, Jackie spent many years helping schools, nurseries and childcare providers, both in the UK and internationally, achieve the highest standards in early years education.

The Early Years Training Company was created to bring respected speakers, current research and practical expertise directly to the early years sector, helping practitioners build confidence, strengthen practice and deliver exceptional experiences for every child.
