So many of us have forgotten what it feels like to live in our bodies. We sit at screens for eight, ten hours a day, disconnected from sun, from soil, from each other. But our hearts, our wild animal bodies, are still there, waiting.

This evening is a way home, to yourself, and to a community of like hearted souls.

We spend so much of our lives focused outward, on screens, on tasks, on everyone else's needs. Tonight's intention is simple: to turn that attention inward.

Movement

This isn't dance. It's an invitation to tune into your own rhythm and your own expression, movement that comes when you're listening to how your soul wants to move.

You might draw on the elements of nature: moving like a sleek black jaguar or a lion, flowing like water down a river, or simply staying still, barely moving at all.

Whatever emotion rises, grief, joy, anger, love, you're guided to meet it in your body, not perform it. Nothing rehearsed, nothing choreographed. Just you, moving from the inside out.

Your True Sound

Rattles, drums, chimes, Tibetan bowls. If you feel called to play, we weave our sounds together in a playful, guided journey, another way to express what is alive inside you.

Then it deepens. You'll be guided inward to feel first, let that feeling become movement, and let the movement become sound, your own true sound, imperfect and unrehearsed, rising from within.

This evening is rooted in Metta, the Buddhist practice of Loving Kindness, which has become the foundation of my life.

May you be well. May you be happy. May you be loved.
