Indulge in the flavors of Spain with Spitfire’s Spanish Cheese and Wine night!

<p>In collaboration with Despana Brand Foods, we will explore famous Spanish cheeses and delicious Spanish meats paired with regional wines. Join us as we discuss the history of cheese in Spain and its influence on the modern cheese world. Did Don Quixote really eat Manchego cheese? What’s so special about Jamon Iberico? Why is Spanish cheese just so good?! Explore all this and more in our 1.5 hour class.
