What should I bring with me?

Yoga mats and floor cushions are provided. You are welcome to bring anything you need to be comfy laying on a Yoga mat (for example a blanket, pillow, eye cover, additional cushions). There is a futon available for anyone who would like to use it.

Doors open 30 minutes before the event start time

Are there any accommodations for individuals with mobility challenges?

The location is wheelchair accessible. There are seats and a futon available for anyone who would prefer to use it over floor seating
