<h3>VENDOR REGISTRATION ONLY</h3>For organizations and providers in Porter, LaPorte, Starke, Newton, Japser, Pulaski, and Benton Counties.This event is free and open for the public to attend. <h3>Northwest Indiana Community Care Fair - Fall 2026</h3>You are invited to join Geminus Community Partners for a Community Care Fair!

Instructions for organizations that would like to participate:<h4>Day of the Community Care Fair</h4><ul><li>The setup will begin at 9 a.m.</li><li>You will receive your agency folder which contains all information needed for the Provider Fair.</li><li>Before entering the facility for set-up, a signature from your agency is required. Please do not enter into the facility, without completing this process. Each table will contain two chairs.</li><li>We ask that you arrive on time to be set up before the 10 a.m. start time. Providers are required to stay for the duration of the Community Care Fair, as well as manning your table for the duration of the Community Care Fair. Bring plenty of resources for your table such as promotional items, candy, games, brochures, and or flyers about your organization and programs.</li><li>There will be other agencies as well as walk-ins attending looking for resources. Providers who are not able to stay for the duration must inform us before the Fair.</li></ul> <h4>Please Note</h4><ul><li>The table seating will go in alphabetical order by organization name.</li><li>All Providers will be on one level.</li><li>All unloading of materials will be at the front entrance of the event center.</li><li>For the safety of all participants please keep limited resources on your table so that they may be easily accessible while avoiding the need to be touched more than once.</li><li>Lunches will be provided for the person(s) assigned to the table. Please indicate your choice of a turkey, ham or veggie sandwich on the Registration Form. If you choose not to select any of the choices for lunch, you are allowed to bring a lunch of your choice.
