Supper Club with Chama Mama

Pioneer Works Supper Club is a series of unique dining experiences that builds community around food and celebrates local chefs as culinary artists.

This edition of Supper Club features Chama Mama, the acclaimed Georgian restaurant group led by Chef Nino Chiokadze. Known for its vibrant take on traditional Georgian cuisine, Chama Mama serves regional favorites like khachapuri and khinkali alongside an exceptional selection of natural Georgian wines, celebrating one of the world's oldest culinary and winemaking traditions.

The evening marks the close of another remarkable year of programming at Pioneer Works, bringing our community together to celebrate the artists, scientists, musicians, and thinkers who have shaped 2026. As we gather around the table, we also look ahead to an exciting year of exhibitions, performances, and live discussion in 2027, raising a glass to what’s in store.

Supper Club tickets are available to Pioneer Works Members at the $250 level and above. To join, either email members@pioneerworks.org or purchase a membership and ticket bundle via Eventbrite. Pioneer Works Members will receive an access code to purchase tickets via email.

About the Chef

Chama Mama is an acclaimed Georgian restaurant group with five thriving outposts in NYC, located in Chelsea, the Upper West Side, Brooklyn Heights, Bushwick, and Greenpoint. The culinary program is led by Chef Nino Chiokadze and features an array of region-inspired khachapuri, Georgian soup dumplings (khinkali), skewers, flavorful meats, kebabs, seasonal vegetable and salad preparations, and rotating sides.

In addition to a robust in-restaurant and takeout menu, Chama Mama also offers tailored catering and private event offerings for large groups. The restaurant is celebrated for its truly singular selection of organic and natural Georgian wine and creative cocktails. Curated wine flights are also available for guests looking to deepen their knowledge by tasting an array of offerings.
