This class includes four wonderful cheeses ranging in style, history, & texture.

What pairing options are available?

In addition to accompaniments on the table, we will also provide red and white wine, and non-alcoholic beverage options. We will discuss basic pairing principles as well.

Are the cheeses pasteurized?

Accepted Answer

Not all of our cheese selection will be pasteurized. Our cheeses are selected based on flavor and representation of style and may be pasteurized or raw. Please let us know ahead of time if you have any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate them.
