Where is the event located?

The panel series will take place inside Sandbox on the second floor of Virgin Hotels New Orleans. Guests can take the elevator to the second floor and make a left, or walk through Commons Club and take the staircase up to the second floor. Sandbox is located just at the top of the stairs.

When should I arrive?

Doors open at 5:30 PM, and the panel begins promptly at 6:00 PM. We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to check in, grab a drink, and get settled before the discussion begins.

What does my ticket include?

Your ticket includes admission to the one-hour wellness panel and the post-panel social hour from 7:00 PM–8:00 PM.

Is seating assigned?

No. Seating is first come, first served. We encourage arriving early to choose your preferred seat.

Will food and drinks be available?

Yes. Beverages and light bites will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

Each session will feature Dr. Alisha Reed alongside a curated lineup of guest speakers, wellness professionals, and community leaders. Speaker announcements will be shared prior to each event.

Valet parking is available at Virgin Hotels New Orleans for a fee. Limited street parking and nearby public parking garages are also available.

Can I attend just the social hour?

Yes. Guests who would like to join only for the networking social hour are welcome to purchase a Social Hour Only ticket. The social hour begins at 7:00 PM and is a chance to connect with fellow attendees, speakers, and members of the community in a relaxed setting.
