Cheers & Queers Spanish Wine Series: Sparkling Wines

Bienvenido to the Spanish Wine Series!

In continuation of exploring a different wine-producing country every year, Cheers & Queers - Houston offers a special, four-part experience as we delve into the vibrant world of Spanish wines. In the previous wine series, we explored specific wine regions of a given country each month, spanning four months. For the Spanish Wine Series, we will instead explore a different style of Spanish wine each month. ALSO, in addition to the wine tasting, the Spanish Wine Series will feature full dinner-pairing experiences!

For this tasting, we will learn about and taste the prestigious sparkling wines of Spain!

Did someone say, "Cava?" And also, "Tapas?!"

We will taste six wines total, featuring not only the well-known Cava but also Corpinnat, and there may be one or two Pet-Nats that will make an appearance. The dinner pairing will include family-style Spanish tapas, along the lines of croquetas, Jamón Ibérico, and more, prepared by Alejandro himself!

The cost will be $50 per person, before taxes and fees, for the entire wine & food pairing experience. This will be an educational tasting as well as a full dinner for each guest, so come hungry! Please indicate when buying your ticket if you have any food allergies or restrictions.

Free parking is available at the venue, yet very limited; therefore, rideshare is highly recommended.
