A 60-minute gentle guided flow where movement meets worship. This Christ-Centered Yoga Experience is thoughtfully designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect... Mind, Body & Spirit!
Flow through an intentional yoga practice set to christian worship music, with encouragement rooted in Scripture. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or have an established practice, you are welcome exactly as you are.
