About This Event:

Join CIESC and Xello for a full day of learning, collaboration, and practical strategies designed to help your team maximize the impact of Xello. Whether your district is just getting started or looking to deepen implementation, you'll leave with new ideas, resources, and connections to support your work.

The day will feature inspiring district-led success stories, interactive breakout sessions for both beginner and advanced users, opportunities to learn directly from Xello experts, and collaborative discussions focused on topics like work-based learning, career readiness, and sustainable implementation. Hear from experienced "super users" who have successfully integrated Xello into their districts and discover strategies you can adapt to your own context.

Bring your district team, build your skills together, and leave with practical next steps you can implement immediately.

Who Should Attend:

This free event is designed for district implementation teams currently using or preparing to expand their use of Xello. We strongly encourage districts to attend as a team of 3–5 members to maximize collaboration and implementation planning.

Suggested attendees include:

• School counselors
• Career coaches
• District and building administrators
• Teachers who facilitate advisory or career readiness lessons
• Work-Based Learning coordinators
• Other staff responsible for career development, college and career readiness, or Xello implementation

Whether your district is in its first year of implementation or has been using Xello for several years, you'll find sessions tailored to your experience level and leave with practical ideas to move your work forward together.

Cancellation Policy:

No-shows for free, in-person events will be charged a $25 no-show fee. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel your registration via Eventbrite at least 7 days prior to the event.
