From mixing and kneading fresh pasta dough to rolling and cutting delicate fettuccine noodles, this class is a delicious introduction to traditional Italian cooking techniques. Under Chef Brittany’s expert guidance, you’ll prepare both a rich and creamy Alfredo sauce and a nutty brown butter sage sauce, learning how simple ingredients come together to create restaurant-worthy dishes.
