Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training

Delivered in two 6-hour sessions, this 12-hour course covers Six Sigma fundamentals and the DMAIC framework, then walks through each phase — Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control — building the core statistical and process-improvement tools needed to contribute to improvement teams. The course will also prepare participants that want to take the ASQ Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt (CSSYB) exam. Participants work through practice problems and exam-style questions aligned to the ASQ Body of Knowledge throughout the course and leave with a study guide to continue their exam prep. The required class size for this training is a minimum of eight (8) participants and a maximum of twelve (12) participants.
