The Art of Pour Over

Whether you're just getting started with specialty coffee or looking to improve your home brewing, this hands-on workshop will teach you the fundamentals of making exceptional pour over coffee.

During the class, we'll cover the essential equipment, coffee-to-water ratios, grind size, water temperature, pouring technique, and the science behind each step so you can consistently brew a balanced, flavorful cup at home. We'll also guide you through a tasting of one of Dueling Rabbits' single-origin coffees, discussing how origin, processing, and roast influence what's in your cup.

Each guest will receive a Hario ceramic pour over starter kit to take home, a sample of our freshly roasted coffee to practice with, and a printed brew guide so you can confidently recreate the process at home.

Whether you're completely new to pour overs or simply want to refine your technique, you'll leave with the knowledge, equipment, and confidence to brew better coffee every day.
