To support fair access across employers, initial registration is limited to two attendees per employer.

What do I need to do before attending training?

Review the resources available on the Employer Knowledge Hub, including FAQs, job aids, and webinar materials. Watch for additional communications leading up to training, as we'll continue sharing important updates and preparation information.

Will the virtual training differ from the on-site training?

The primary difference is the delivery format. The onsite sessions include hands-on practice in a classroom environment, while the virtual instructor-led session provides guided demonstrations, instruction and opportunities for questions.

Can I change my training session after registering?

Yes, provided space is available. Look for locations with available spots to register. Please remember to cancel the registration for the location you are no longer attending so others on waitlists can register. You can contact the Employer NPAS Team if you need assistance.

What happens if my preferred onsite session is full?

If onsite sessions reach capacity, additional virtual instructor-led training opportunities will be available. We encourage employers to continue monitoring the Employer Knowledge Hub and future communications for registration information.

Yes. The virtual instructor-led training session is expected to be recorded so employers can reference the material after the live session.

Yes. OP&F will continue to support employers through additional learning opportunities, including Employer Spotlight Sessions focused on topics generating the most questions or requiring additional discussion. The sessions will complement the Knowledge Hub, FAQs, job aids, other employer resources.

Where can I find training materials after the session?

Training materials, FAQs, job aids, webinar recordings, and other employer resources will continue to be available through the Employer Knowledge Hub.

Will I receive support after training?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Training is only one part of the Employer Enablement Program. Employers will continue to have access to the Employer Knowledge Hub, FAQs, job aids, recorded sessions, Employer Spotlight Sessions, and Employer NPAS support.

What if I still have questions after training?

Employers are encouraged to first review the available resources in the Employer Knowledge Hub, including FAQs and job aids. If additional assistance is needed, the Employer NPAS Team will continue to provide support through the established support channels.
