Refuge Open Air: Hot Honey Sundays w/ Melé, William Kiss and more
Sundays @ Refuge ~Before. During. Afters~
On August 23rd, Hot Honey Sundays returns to Refuge for another open-air session with Williams Kiss and Melé.
Hot Honey DJs Anna Collecta and Deo’Jorge open the day before welcoming Melbourne-based producer and DJ William Kiss. Kiss has released music on Gudu, Rekids, Warehouse Project, UNCAGE, Club Bad, and Carl Cox’s 23rd Century. Named a 2025 Future Dance Star by BBC Radio 1, he has received support from Laurent Garnier, Carl Cox, and Peggy Gou. His international appearances include Watergate in Berlin, Pikes Ibiza, Night Tales in London, and festivals including Beyond the Valley.
Closing the night is UK producer and Club Bad founder Melé, whose percussion-driven sound draws from tribal house, global rhythms, Chicago house, hip-hop, and the UK club continuum. His releases include records on Edible and Unknown to the Unknown, alongside an In the House compilation for Defected Records. He has remixed Mabel, SG Lewis, Friendly Fires, Kano, and George Morel, while performing at festivals and clubs including Worldwide Festival, elrow Barcelona, EDC Las Vegas, CRSSD, and Chicago’s Smartbar.
The party takes place on Refuge’s brand-new outdoor stage, powered by a custom-built sound system that brings the club’s signature sonic experience into the open air.
