Christmas Colloquy

Welcome to the Christmas Colloquy 2026, 4-8 p.m. Saturday Dec. 5 in the Gallery Conference Room of Joseph Dequis Restaurant in Roanoke.

We will be sharing ideas on what to expect in Indiana politics after President Donald Trump leaves office. Will the Left be able to maintain its momentum in our larger cities? Has the Daniels-Pence-Holcomb wing of the GOP run out of steam? You can look forward to prescient comments, a three-course gourmet dinner and fellowship on a holiday weekend.

We again will be the guests of Pete and Alice Eshelman who have led a rennovation of historic Roanoke's main street with dozens of shops plus a bed-and-breakfast and the famed Joseph Decuis Restaurant voted Indiana's best with a menu featuring its select Wagyu steak. You may want to come early and spend the day visiting the shops decked out for Christmas before gathering for discussion at 4 p.m.

Finally, the premier inns in Roanoke fill up early for the holidays but there are excellent hotels nearby. There will be limited seating so please don't wait to register.
