The Next Generation And You is proud to partner with the On the Canals Program during the summer of 2026 to provide free opportunities for community members of all ages to connect with nature, explore the canal, and prioritize their well-being.Join us for our Trail Biking w/ a Mental Health Expert, the first experience in our Let's Find You: A Wellness Experiential on the Canal series.A movement-based recreational experience along the canal trail that integrates historical and environmental education with mental health dialogue and reflection. Participants build resilience and connection through guided biking, conversation, and healing practices.
