Think you can handle the heat? MustardFEST is back at National Road Commons in downtown Springfield, OH on Saturday, September 12, 2026, and we're bringing back Springfield's spiciest tradition: the Woeber's Hot Mustard & Horseradish Eating Contest.

This isn't your average hot dog contest. Competitors will face down 8 hot dogs, each loaded with a progressively hotter Woeber's mustard — working up from Jalapeño, to Wasabi, to Sriracha, and finishing with 10X Hot Horseradish. First contestant to finish all 8 (buns included, no dunking) wins.

The Rules:

• 8 small hot dogs, each topped with Woeber's mustard
• Dogs must be eaten in order — least spicy to most spicy
• Hot dogs and buns must be fully consumed together (no separating, no dunking buns in water)
• First to finish all 8 is declared the winner, pending judges' review

The Stakes:
Only 24 spots available — this fills up fast, so lock in your entry early. The champion walks away with the coveted Mustard Belt and a cash prize. 🏆

Entry Fee: $10 — includes your spot in the contest, a competition t-shirt and all 8 hot dogs.
