Anti-Gone

Anti-Gone is a daring adaptation of the beloved classic. Audiences take action to determine the outcome of the thrilling drama, utilizing the most popular invention of Ancient Greece - the democratic vote. A modern acting troupe battles with the strict societal values presented in Antigone. The only way to solve the puzzle is through a complete dismantling of the theatrical form and an honest discussion with the audience. Is a happy ending for Antigone's story possible? Will we be able to find what has not been found in 2,500 years- a solution? "Giving Antigone a sense of possibility after all this time".

Anti-Gone was created by Sivan Raz of Needs More Work Productions. It stars Alexa Adler, Erin Arnold, Olivia Hight, Sivan Raz, Shir Ringer and Camille van Putten, with a creative team including Gianna Vasquez Bartolini, Joni Griffith and Katy Shafer.
