Embodied Awareness is a 4-hour interactive workshop that blends psychology, mindfulness, and yogic wisdom to help you better understand yourself through the body. Through guided practices, gentle movement, breathing practices, and reflection, you will gain practical tools to navigate life with greater clarity and ease.
