In-Person Class: Sushi Making 101 (Denver)

**Let’s Get Rolling!**

Discover the art of sushi-making and bring your culinary skills to new heights in this fun, hands-on cooking class! In this casual, social environment, you’ll learn how to prepare sushi from scratch, including making the rice and accompanying sauces. We’ll guide you through the steps to make three unique rolls: a rice out California maki roll, a traditional seaweed out Vegetable roll, and a spicy salmon temaki.

No experience necessary! We provide all the equipment and fresh ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. Our classes are designed to be approachable and fun for everyone—whether you’re an enthusiastic sushi lover or a first-time sushi maker who just wants to try something new.

We prepare your station with all supplies, so it’s a super easy activity for team building with coworkers, socializing with friends, or enjoying a date night.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Classes are intended for adults 18+. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price. Guests who are 21 and over are invited to BYOB.

Guest requirement

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Groups of 2 may be asked to share their station with another couple. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in so that class can begin on time. Classes are intended for adults 18+.
