Conference at Concord Church | 6808 Pastor Bailey Dr, Dallas, TX 75237

You spend your life caring for others. This space was created to care for you.

Chosen is a restorative gathering created specifically for Black mental health professionals and helping professionals who spend their days supporting the emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being of others.

In a profession where burnout, isolation, and compassion fatigue are common, Chosen offers something different: a space to pause, reconnect, learn, and receive.

Over two days, you'll experience meaningful conversations, evidence-informed workshops, restorative wellness experiences, and authentic community with fellow Black clinicians who understand both the work and the unique experiences of serving our communities. Together, we'll explore the intersection of faith, mental health, identity, and culturally responsive care while investing in your own well-being.

Who Should Attend?

Chosen was designed for Black mental health professionals, including:

  • Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs)
  • Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFTs)
  • Psychologists
  • Associate-Level Clinicians
  • Counseling & Seminary Students
  • Pastoral Counselors
  • Ministry Leaders
  • Wellness Professionals
  • Graduate students preparing for careers in mental health and helping professions

***In addition to powerful conversations around mental health and community impact, clinicians have the opportunity to earn up to 3 CEUs, making this event both professionally enriching and beneficial for maintaining licensure requirements.
