Bond & Bawdy kicks off with 45 minutes of a full-body workout led by Lydia. It's energizing, it's empowering, and it's scaled so every mama can get in where she fit in. No judgment, no comparison — just permission to move your body and remember what it feels like to be strong.
Then we shift into the talk session, where the real bonding happens. We diving into community, support, what we need but don't always ask for, and how we can show up better for each other. This is unfiltered, no-holds-barred conversation between mamas who get it.
