What kind of workout class is this?

Ripped & Ready For The Weekend is a 45-minute full-body HIIT workout class. The workout consists of 5-8 rotating stations with 4-5 minute rounds focused on cardio and strength training. Half of the stations are indoors and half are outdoors for a high-energy workout experience.

What kind of energy drinks do you offer?

We offer 4 drink options each class, usually including two fresh energy drinks, a matcha and a cold brew coffee. We’ll take your order before class starts and have your drink ready once class ends so you can recharge and keep the energy going for the rest of your day.

Is this every week?

Yes! Classes take place every Friday at 7:00 AM. Bring a friend and get Ripped & Ready for the Weekend.

What should I bring?

Just bring a good attitude!! We’ll handle the workout, water and the post-class energy boost.

Do I need to be experienced?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. The class is designed for all fitness levels. Our coach, Jake, will help modify exercises throughout the workout for any injuries, mobility limitations or fitness experience levels.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign your waiver, place your drink order and warm up before class begins.
