A powerful three-day gathering in London for leaders, business people, ministry leaders, church members, change agents and purpose-driven.
Three-day international forum convenes executives, entrepreneurs, professionals, creators and emerging leaders around purpose-driven leadership, strategy, collaboration and global impact
LONDON — September 2, 2026 — The International Training World Leaders Association (ITWLA) today announced that Lavaille Lavette, CEO and Co-General Partner of the Pan-African Film Fund, will join an international roster of leaders at the 2026 Global Leadership Forum – Europe, taking place September 17–19, 2026, in London.
Under the theme “Leading with Purpose: Changing Lives, Building Communities,” the three-day Forum will bring together leaders and aspiring leaders from around the world for an exchange of ideas, leadership strategy and collaboration designed to strengthen how they lead and expand the impact they make within businesses, organizations and communities.
Founded by the late global leadership statesman Dr. Myles E. Munroe, ITWLA has built its work around developing leaders and equipping them to become agents of change. The Global Leadership Forum continues that legacy through dynamic keynote sessions, cross-sector panel discussions, strategic workshops and breakout sessions, and collaborative networking opportunities.
“Leadership today requires more than vision. It requires the ability to navigate change, make consequential decisions, build across differences and turn ideas into sustainable impact,” said Dr. Deavra Daughtry, ITWLA Chairwoman, prominent community and business leader, real estate developer, Harvard Business School graduate and award winner. “The Global Leadership Forum brings together people from different industries, countries and stages of their leadership journeys because some of our greatest opportunities for growth happen when we step outside of our usual circles. We want attendees to leave London with new thinking, meaningful relationships and practical tools they can put to work immediately.”
Designed for professionals, entrepreneurs, founders, CEOs, executives, decision-makers, students and emerging leaders, GLF London offers attendees opportunities to gain forward-thinking leadership strategies, build relationships across nations and sectors, and develop greater clarity, confidence and stronger execution in their leadership.
LEADERSHIP IN ACTION: LAVAILLE LAVETTE
Lavette brings to the Forum more than 20 years of experience building businesses, structuring celebrity and athlete partnerships, and deploying capital across media, retail, food, sports and global infrastructure.
In 2026, Afreximbank and its investment arm, the Fund for Export Development in Africa (FEDA), appointed Lavette CEO and Co-General Partner of the Pan-African Film Fund, an initiative mandated to mobilize up to $1 billion to support Africa and Carribbean region's creative economy, business infrastructure and AI development, including investment in film and television production, global distribution, streaming infrastructure and studio development.
“Africa’s creative economy presents an extraordinary opportunity to build businesses, infrastructure and pathways that allow African stories and creative talent to compete on the world stage,” said Lavette. “Meaningful transformation requires more than capital. It requires leadership, partnership and people willing to think beyond traditional boundaries. I look forward to connecting in London with leaders, creators and innovators who are interested in what we can build together.”
While in London, Lavette is particularly interested in connecting with content creators and leaders across media and entertainment as she advances the work of the Pan-African Film Fund—reflecting the Forum’s broader belief that transformative opportunities often emerge at the intersection of sectors, markets and relationships.
A GLOBAL COMMUNITY OF LEADERS
The announced 2026 speaker and participant roster includes Dr. Deavra Daughtry, Celia Apeagyei-Collins, Yemi Akinsiwaju, Charisa Munroe-Wilborn, Dr. David M.
