This Water session may include:

• Somatic Movement we will be walking in a "drum" circle- releasing to the water.
• Water & Sacral Chakra Mudras to support emotional flow and energetic receptivity
• Breathwork designed to calm the nervous system and deepen inner awareness
• Meditation and guided inner journey based off of a channeling from the element of water.
• Sound Healing for integration and relaxation
• Water ceremony- structured water for a water blessing

Elemental Alchemy is an embodied journey through the Cardinal Zodiac. It is a transformational, mixed-modality experience designed to align your body, breath, energy, and spirit with the natural rhythms of the Zodiac and the elements.

This series moves through the Five Elements—Fire, Water, Air, Earth & Spirit—beginning at the start of the Zodiac Wheel and following the Cardinal signs, the initiators of change. Each element is offered as its own immersive class, allowing you to fully embody the energy of that season and element as a point of initiation and renewal.

Water Element | Cancer

The journey now moves into Water, the element of intuition, emotion, healing, and deep inner connection.

Cancer energy invites us to soften, return inward, and reconnect with the wisdom of the heart and emotional body. Through fluid movement, breath, and energetic practices, we explore how water lives within us as feeling, intuition, and energetic flow.

Each elemental class stands alone while also building toward a deeper, cyclical understanding of how the elements move within us.
