Join us for a day of walking (or running) through some of Lancashire's most beautiful countryside while supporting Chorley Healey Scouts!

Take on the Chorley 4 Peaks Challenge Walk!

Enjoy a fantastic day exploring some of Lancashire's most spectacular countryside while raising funds to support local Scouting.

Whether you're looking for a serious hiking challenge or a scenic day out with friends and family, there's a route for you.

Choose your challenge:

  • 16.5 Mile Route Perfect for those looking to tackle a rewarding full-day hike.
  • 8.5 Mile Route An enjoyable shorter route ideal for walkers of all abilities.

Both circular routes showcase the very best of the West Pennine Moors, taking you across beautiful farmland, peaceful woodland and breathtaking open moorland. The 16.5 mile route also includes some of the area's most well-known landmarks, including Rivington Pike, Winter Hill, Great Hill and Healey Nab.

Additional Info

- Refreshments throughout the route at the various checkpoints

- Dogs welcome (to be walked on leads)

- Route maps and descriptions will available before the event

- Light small meal pre event and hearty home cooked meal upon return.
