For these two hours, you don’t have to hold it all.

As women, we carry so much. We care for others, wear many hats, and often put ourselves last. This circle is an invitation to fill your own cup, give yourself permission to receive, and reconnect with what you truly need.

Join us for an evening of connection, feminine nourishment, and restoration in a loving, non-judgmental space.

Allow this space to be a deep exhale as we come to the close of Cancer season, a gentle reminder to nourish ourselves, mother our own hearts, and give ourselves permission to fully feel.

The heart of these circles is the sharing. There is something healing about being witnessed, realizing you’re not alone, and experiencing the powerful mirroring effect that reminds us how deeply connected we truly are.

These spaces are intentionally curated to help us become more aware of our energy, our emotions, and what we genuinely need.

Ladies, we deserve to receive.

When we allow ourselves to receive, more flow, ease, love, and support become available to us. That’s what I like to call energetic coherence.
