Sacred Rhythm Sundays is a Hatha yoga experience rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, balancing solar (sun) and lunar (moon) energies through mindful movement, conscious breath, and deep presence.🧘‍♀️ Each 60-minute class includes:<ul><li>Breath and body awareness to ground and center the nervous system</li><li>A gentle Hatha yoga flow to improve flexibility, restore balance, and realign the body</li><li>Mindful breathwork and themed intentions to cultivate clarity, vitality, and inner peace</li><li>A brief closing reflection to anchor your practice and carry your intention into the week</li></ul>Whether you're brand new to yoga or have an established practice, this class offers a welcoming space to reconnect with yourself, regulate the nervous system, and nurture the mind, body, and spirit through movement and community.All experience levels are welcome. Some mats and props are available, though you're encouraged to bring your own mat and any comfort items you'd like.<h3>🌿 About Michelle</h3>Michelle Parks is a compassionate yoga instructor certified through the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts.
