Full Moon Forum isn't another networking event.

It's where accomplished women have the conversations they can't have anywhere else. No pitching. No performing. No pretending to have all the answers.

Just thoughtful conversation, new perspectives, and relationships that last.

Our first gathering told us we were building something different.

In June, 26 women innovators joined us for our inaugural Strawberry Moon gathering. Many arrived not knowing anyone in the room. By the end of the evening, people were still talking long after the formal program ended.

The evening follows a simple rhythm.

Rather than small talk, we work through a series of guided discussions built around a single theme, designed to get past the surface.

The Harvest Moon has long symbolized gratitude, reflection, and gathering before the season changes. We'll use that as inspiration to pause, share what we're learning, and look at what's next.
