DIY Pixel Art Beads Workshop - Beginner-Friendly

Slow down, get creative, and make something you'll be proud to take home. In our DIY Pixel Art Beads Workshop, you'll turn tiny colourful beads into your own pixel artwork, inspired by your favourite characters, games and designs, or your very own original creation.

Pixel bead art (also known as fuse beads 拼豆) is one of the most popular relaxing DIY hobbies in Asia, and it's perfect for absolute beginners. No artistic skill or experience is needed.

Here's what you'll do:

- Pick a design from ready-made templates, or create your own

- Choose your colours from our huge range of beads (200+ colours)

- Place your beads piece by piece on the board - the fun, meditative part

- We'll carefully iron and fuse your artwork so it sets solid

- Personalise it into a keychain, fridge magnet, coaster and more, with free accessories to take home

Set inside our welcoming Hurstville toy and trading card store, our tables transform into a creative studio by day. There's a fun, lively buzz around you, but once you settle into beading, it's easy to relax and focus on your project. It's perfect for families and kids, couples after a creative date, friends wanting to unwind, and anyone who loves games, characters and creative hobbies. Session times (Drop in and start anytime during the following hours):

• Monday: 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm
• Tuesday to Friday: 11:30 am to 4:30 pm
• Saturday: 10:30 am to 4:30 pm
• Sunday: 10:30 am to 4:00 pm

Please start your project by the listed cut-off time and have it completed before 6:00 pm, so we have time to iron and fuse your beads before closing.

For Kids (under 14) must be accompanied by an adult/guardian (who can stay for free)
