Seventh Annual Topsoil Tomato Dinner
Nothing says summer like a ripe heirloom tomato. Celebrate a Summer tradition with us on July 29, 2026 with our all tomato menu!
Come celebrate the favorite fruit of the season with our third annual Tomato Dinner! You've come to trust Chef Adam's mind blowing creations with vegetables, but this tomato dinner is not to be missed! If you love tomatoes, the big, the small, the oblong and the heirlooms then this is your event! We've grown our own and partnered with our favorite famers to display the beauty of their tomato rows to bring you a five course dinner with carefully selected wine pairings to delight your palate.
This dinner was inspired by a trip our owner, Wendy Lynam, took in 1998 to Avignon, France. Restaurant Christian Etienne, has a sign out front advertising "The Tomato Menu", every course, including dessert, featured tomatoes! It was so good the first night she went back two more times before leaving Provence. "When we opened the restaurant in 2019, I wanted to start this tradition at Topsoil! Who better to interpret the concept than, Chef Adam Cooke! I knew he would know how to make this special for our guests." Now in it's third year, we look forward to celebrating the star of the season with you all. We have 60 tomato plants growing at the farm, all different varieties, and we can't wait to see what Adam and our team create!
