Not at all. This class is designed for all experience levels, including complete beginners. You are welcome exactly as you are.

What should I bring?

Just wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and relax. Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and other props will be provided.

No. This is a gentle restorative yoga practice focused on slowing down, supporting the body, and calming the nervous system. The emphasis is on rest, breath, and mindful awareness rather than physical intensity.

This class is ideal for anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or simply looking for a quiet space to reconnect with themselves. Whether you're new to restorative yoga or have an established practice, you're welcome to join us.

How do I access the building?

The location is here: 307 S Blvd, Suite B, Tampa, FL 33606

Parking is available in both the front and back of the building. Please enter through the front door at Suite B (the door may stick a bit), have a seat in the lobby, and Michele will come out to greet you.
