The event will start with Mat Pilates by Deb the owner of Pilates Unplugged located at Café 42 who will also have all organic Coffee, Matcha, & Lemonade for purchase followed up by Recovery provided by Health POD which includes Infrared sauna, Ice Vest therapy, Compression boots, Decompression tables, & Vibration plates.
There will be community, movement, energy resetting, and wellness inside & out.
