Stimulation of profound relaxation responses.   A renewed awareness of purpose. A sense of greater inner peace.  Enhanced awareness through the experience of being present. Enhanced mental clarity and focus.

How will I know if it works?

Accepted Answer

At some point the vibrations and resonance will be all you will pay attention to as the effect tends to relax the mind AND the body. Many tend to fall asleep and notice energy moving or buzzing in the body.  Afterwards people report being lighter, more relaxed, and less stressful with more energy.

Are there any issues with access to the event?

I purposely scheduled it on a weekend so there would be no issues with street parking in the vicinity.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds via Eventbrite cancellation are available up to 2 days prior to events. If cancelling via Eventbrite the refund will be less the amount of their fee which is between $3/4.  Past the 2 days I request contacting me to reschedule for another date as a postponement make-up date. 917.856.8963
