What does the workout consist of?

Accepted Answer

The workout is an AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible). 15 minutes to complete as many rounds as possible of the following: 6 forward lunges per side, 28 double-unders OR 84 single-unders, 6 reverse lunges per side, 9 burpees. Whatever version of the exercise you are able to do is fine!

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

Accepted Answer

Jumprope, water bottle, and sweat towel encouraged, but not necessary.

What is accessibility like?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the size of the group and accessibility needs, the workout may take place outside in the parking lot which is wheelchair accessible OR inside which is not wheelchair accessible as there are two steps up into the building. There is a bathroom; it is not wheelchair accessible.
