• Early Bird Registration Fee: $475/person through September 1, 2026
• Regular Registration Fee: $600/person for registrations received after September 1.

Meeting Materials, including the agenda, logistics will be posted as soon as they are available on COGR's Meeting Materials Page.

**COGR Meeting Cancellation Policy: Once the cancellation deadline has passed, requests for refunds of meeting registration fees or carry-over registrations to the next meeting cannot be granted due to firm commitments required at the time by contract with our host hotel. Thank you for understanding. Cancellation requests must be made by Friday October 16 for a full refund. Registrations can not be carried over to a future meeting.

Please ensure you complete your registration by assigning each ticket as prompted. Your registration is not complete until you receive a receipt (PDF download) and your registration appears under the Events tab in the Portal.
