Hi, my name is Sierra Retrosi! I am a nervous system-centered healing practitioner who blends yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound to create safety, release, and expansion. Rooted in modern neuroscience and guided by intention, I create spaces where individuals and groups can regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with their bodies, and explore transformation with both peace and play. Every event will be uniquely curated for individuals who are seeking deep regulation, emotional release, and connection through guided practices and sound.
