Do I get to take a bottle of my blend home?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each guest receives one 375 mL Rum Blender’s Table workshop bottle of your blend,  prepared by the Fence Stile distillery team.

Do I need to know anything about rum?

Accepted Answer

No. This workshop is designed for curious guests, whether you are already a rum fan or simply interested in learning more about how spirits are made and blended.

Question 3

Is this offered every month?

Accepted Answer

No. This is a batch-dependent workshop offered only while select rum lots are aging. Once these rums are bottled, the experience will not return until the next time Fence Stile has the right rum components available.

Question 4

Are guests bottling the rum themselves?

Accepted Answer

Guests will create their own blend profile during the workshop. Final preparation, bottling, labeling, and release are handled by the Fence Stile distillery team.
