Thursday Social is an evening for people who feel that wine is more than a drink. Guided by Roxana, owner and sommelier at Allmine, each gathering explores a new corner of the wine world — beginning with the vineyards of Southern California and, in time, reaching far beyond.Every month brings natural, small-production wines chosen for their story, their character, and their sense of place. Each pour is paired with a thoughtful bite that complements the night’s journey, opening a window into how food and wine come alive together.This is a class, but one that feels inviting. You’ll learn how to taste with intention, how to tell a Chardonnay from a Chenin Blanc, how to recognize if your palate leans dry or bright, and how to choose the right bottle for a meal with friends. Whether you’re new to wine or already a connoisseur, you’ll find something to deepen your knowledge.Some evenings are led by Roxana, others bring in winemakers and guest sommeliers who share their own craft and perspective.
