143rd Inaugural Gala

The Chicago Association of REALTORS® IS PROUD TO present THE 143rd ANNUAL INAUGURAL GALA, THE PREMIER NIGHT FOR REAL ESTATE IN CHICAGO 

Join us for a celebration and installation of the leadership that moves Chicago real estate forward. 

We’ll kick off the evening with a ceremony and a seated three-course dinner, then transition into an after-party. Think inspiration, curated drinks, live entertainment, high-energy networking and a few more surprises to make the evening unforgettable.  

HONORING CHICAGO’S REAL ESTATE LEADERS 

During the Gala, we recognize the individuals and leaders who have gone above and beyond for our industry. Join us in honoring: 

• 2027 Leadership Team | Welcome incoming President Vicky Silvano, President-Elect Erik Schwab and Treasurer Gaspar Flores Jr. as we officially install our 2027 leadership team. 
   

• 2027 Board of Directors | Witness the official installation of the members who will help guide Chicago REALTORS® through the year ahead. 
   

• 2026 REALTOR® Award Winners | Eight categories, one common thread: members who have made a critical impact on our industry and our city, from community service to political advocacy. 
   

• 2026 Leadership Accelerator Graduates | Cheer on the cohort that completed an intensive curriculum built specifically for the next generation of REALTOR® leaders. 

Attire is formal, black-tie optional. Come dressed for the occasion and ready to celebrate. Bring a colleague, invite your office and join us for a night dedicated to excellence in real estate!
