Free guided community bike ride for adults looking to build confidence and enjoy cycling in a friendly, supportive group.

Join us for a free, relaxed guided bike ride and discover how enjoyable everyday cycling can be.Our Ride sessions are designed for adults who are new to cycling, returning after a break, or looking to build confidence riding on local roads and paths. We'll ride at a comfortable pace in a small, friendly group, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and receive guidance along the way.An experienced ride leader will help you develop your confidence, improve your riding skills and discover local routes that you can enjoy again and again.This event is funded by Cycling UK's Big Bike Revival programme and delivered by Severn Ride &amp; Stride / SevernNet.Who is it for?<ul><li>Adults (16+) who can already ride a bike</li><li>New or returning cyclists</li><li>Anyone wanting to gain confidence riding locally</li></ul>What to bring<ul><li>A roadworthy bike</li><li>A helmet (recommended)</li><li>Suitable clothing for the weather</li><li>A drink</li></ul>Booking Advance booking is preferred to help us plan the ride, but if places are still available, drop-ins are welcome.Please note that participants should already be able to ride a bicycle independently. These rides focus on building confidence and enjoying local cycling rather than teaching the basics of riding.
