Whether you are completely new to Reiki or have experienced it before, this session offers an opportunity to slow down, unwind and experience an hour dedicated to your wellbeing. There is nothing you need to do, achieve or get right. Simply come along, relax and allow yourself some time to rest and receive. No previous experience is required. Benefits commonly reported include: • Reduced stress and tension• Deep relaxation• Improved sense of wellbeing• Emotional balance• Better sleep• Time to pause and reconnect with yourself What to bring.🌿 Something comfortable to lie or sit on, such as a yoga mat, blanket, Z-bed or cushion.🌿 A pillow if you would like extra comfort.🌿 A blanket or sleeping bag to help you stay warm and cosy.🌿 Water to drink afterwards.🌿 Most importantly, bring yourself exactly as you are.
