<h2>Joe Gransden at WINTER HOUSE</h2><p>A fan-favorite performer of our Jazz on the Lawn concerts, Joe Gransden returns to Callanwolde for a very special show at WINTER HOUSE. Get ready to experience Joe's magical trumpeted cheer in the Mansion's historic courtyard space. </p><p><strong>The concert will be held in the Indoor Courtyard and begins at 7:00 PM.</strong></p><h3><strong>Joe Gransden</strong></h3><p>Band leader Joe Gransden has performed worldwide and released 16 CDs under his own name. Renowned first for the hard bop approach of his trumpet, Gransden’s singing voice has been compared to that of Chet Baker and Frank Sinatra.  "When I first heard Joe nine years ago, I immediately thought of Chet," says Jazziz magazine critic James Rozzi, “but lately his voice has taken on its own style with a deeper resonance. His trumpet has always alternated lyricism with an aggressive, angular approach. He has the ability to cover the gamut of emotions."</p><h3><strong>Add-ons</strong></h3><p>For your convenience, purchase any of the <strong>add-on items (drink tickets, snacks, crafts)</strong> in advance to avoid waiting in line by adding them to your order at checkout. Masks must be worn over the nose and mouth.</strong></p><p>By attending Winter House and/or purchasing performance or workshop tickets, you acknowledge that even if the reported risk of contracting COVID-19 is diminished, by attending this event you still may be at elevated risk of contracting COVID-19, and you accept this risk. You agree to hold Callanwolde Fine Arts Center and DeKalb County harmless.</p><p>Callanwolde will continue to monitor government policy changes, Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, government mandates, and public health notices and make changes as necessary or appropriate to ensure the safety of staff, artists, and the public.</p>
