The Inner Lover is the part of you that feels deeply.
She softens into the music, opens her heart, and lets the rhythm move through her body, voice, and soul.

She is connected, sensual, and fully present - remembering how to feel it all without holding back.

The Inner Lover is designed with intention, exploration, and a lot of fun: a space to meet more of yourself on the dancefloor and bring more of you to life through movement.

Electric Nights is a guided immersive dance journey combining:

• Silent disco headphones
• Somatic + embodied movement guidance
• Free dance expression

Pohss Studio blends free movement, somatics, intention, and liberation ~ creating a space where dance becomes release, expression, and reconnection.
