The Inner Icon is designed with intention, exploration, and a lot of fun ~ a space to meet more of yourself on the dancefloor and bring more of you to life through movement.

• Somatic + embodied movement guidance
• Free dance expression

Pohss Studio blends free movement, somatics, intention, and liberation ~ creating a space where dance becomes release, expression, and reconnection.
