Join us at Stem on Saturday, July 25th at 6:00 PM for the next installment of our 2026 Cocktail Dinner Series! Enjoy a five-course menu from Chef Doug, inspired by the cuisine of Morocco. Each dish will be perfectly paired with handcrafted cocktails that will celebrate the flavors and history of Morocco.

  • We will no longer be offering tickets to purchase on-site the day of. All tickets need to be purchased online prior to the event.
  • W e will no longer offer refunds within 24 hours of your event.
  • Please inform us of seating requests before the day of the event. All seating arrangements will be assigned prior to your visit and cannot be changed the day of the event.
  • This is a cocktail dinner event with 5 courses of food and cocktail pairings.
  • For the best possible culinary experience, please let us know of any allergies or dietary preferences before the day of the event. Changes may not be possible the day of the event.
  • All seating is now communal.

Sip: Cardamom Infused Orange Liqueur, Rosewater Spritz


First Course

Zaalouk Smoked Eggplant & Tomato Dip, Garlic, Cumin, Olive Oil, Grilled Khobz

Cocktail: Olive Oil Sour - gin, lemon, egg white, olive oil


Second Course

Shrimp & Scallop Briouat Ras el Hanout, Charmoula, Vermicelli, Cucumber Herb Salad, Saffron Aioli

Cocktail: Saffron Mojito - rum, mint, saffron, lime, lemon, orange liqueur, soda


Third Course

Chicken Tagine with Preserved Lemon & Olives Saffron-Apricot Basmati Rice

Cocktail: Royale Spritz - bubbles, creme de cassis, apricot, lemon


Fourth Course

Marrakesh Beef Cheek Tangia Cumin, Saffron, Garlic, Preserved Lemon, Toasted Almond & Sultana Couscous

Cocktail: Marrakech Margarita - tequila, lime, lemon, orange, cactus, salted honey


Fifth Course

Jawhara - The Jewel of Fez Crispy Warqa Pastry, Orange Blossom Milk Cream, Toasted Almonds, Pomegranate, Georgia Peaches

Cocktail: Mint Tea-Tini - vodka, mint tea, cranberry, lime, passionfruit
