Get ready for one of the wildest dinners we have ever put together.

For this special Red Bull dinner, we are throwing subtlety out the window and building a full-throttle, six-course experience around energy, creativity, flavor, and chaos in the best possible way. This is not a quiet pairing dinner. This is Red Bull turned into a culinary playground.

Chef Bijan has a long-standing love affair with Red Bull. At this point, it might be less of a beverage and more of a blood type. So when the idea came up to create an entire dinner inspired by it, the answer was obvious: we had to go all in.

Across six courses, Chef Bijan will push the menu into bold, unexpected territory, using Red Bull as the vessel. Expect bright acidity, tropical fruit, citrus, spice, savory depth, playful textures, and dishes designed to move fast, hit hard, and keep the night alive.

Our bar team will match that same energy with a lineup of cocktails built to be loud, creative, and unforgettable. Some will be refreshing and electric. Some will be intense and completely unexpected. All of them will be designed to capture the spirit of Red Bull: high energy, big flavor, and just the right amount of madness.

This dinner is for the guests who want something different. Something fun. Something a little outrageous. A night where the kitchen gets to play, the bar gets to go crazy, and everyone in the room gets pulled into the ride.
