What do I need to bring?

Bring a yoga mat, water, and anything else that will make you feel comfortable during the meditation portion, some people like to bring a small pillow and blanket!

Do I need to have experience in yoga or meditation to do this class?

Accepted Answer

NO! This class is adapted for all ages, ability levels and backgrounds, all are welcome and modifications will be given during yoga!

What is the venue like?

Rancho Built is an outside exercise facility in the heart of Laveen, Surrounded by lush farm land and agriculture, creating a grounding and connected experience! Misters and Cooling towels will be provided!

What is included in my ticket?

Accepted Answer

In a general admission ticket you will receive the following: yoga and meditation class, goodie bag with sponsored product samples, a potion bottle made by spiritual awakenings collective,  an essential oil cold towel after the yoga session, local vendors with shopping opportunities!

What’s included in THE FULL PACKAGE Ticket?

In  the full  package ticket you will receive all listed in a general admission ticket, as well as: 1 credit to a spiritual awakenings collective weekly sound healing or yoga class OR 1 private 30 minute sound healing session with Shannon!
